Is the 40-yard cleanup package one big dumpster?
No. It is two separate 20-yard dumpster loads, not one physical 40-yard container. We deliver the first 20-yard dumpster, and after you fill it and request an exchange we swap it for an empty 20-yard dumpster. Call or text us for the rental period and weight that apply.
What size dumpster do I need?
A 10-yard dumpster suits small cleanouts, bathroom remodels, flooring and yard debris. A 20-yard dumpster suits larger cleanouts, remodels and construction debris. What is included?

What happens if I keep the dumpster longer or go over the weight?
Extra days and extra weight are possible and are explained before you commit. Special disposal items may carry additional charges, and we will tell you before you load them. Call or text us with questions.
Can you deliver the same day?
Same-day or next-day delivery may be available. Call or text us early for the best availability.
Do you serve my address?
Included delivery covers qualifying addresses within 20 miles of ZIP code 85303, which reaches Glendale and much of the West Valley. Call or text us with your address to confirm. Addresses outside that area need to call for availability and pricing.
What can I put in the dumpster?
Household junk, furniture, cabinets, drywall, flooring, lumber, approved construction debris, yard debris and appliances the disposal facility accepts. Some items need approval first, and some are never allowed. See our materials page, and call or text us before loading if you are not sure.
Can I put roofing shingles, concrete, dirt or tile in the dumpster?
Only with approval. Roofing shingles are for 10-yard dumpsters only. Concrete, dirt, brick, rock, tile and asphalt need prior approval and can only go in a 10-yard dumpster with special loading and weight limits. These materials are not permitted in a 20-yard dumpster unless we approve it in writing.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are confirmed when you reserve and are written in your rental agreement. Rescheduling depends on availability. Call or text us with questions.
Where should the dumpster go?
We need safe, legal, unobstructed access for delivery, exchange and pickup. Tell us where you want it placed when you reserve. If a vehicle or obstacle blocks access, the driver will call you. Access and rescheduling terms are in your rental agreement.
