Heavy materials and roofing shingles

Concrete, dirt, brick, rock, tile and asphalt need prior approval. They may only be allowed in a 10-yard dumpster, with special loading and weight limits. Approved roofing shingles also go in a 10-yard dumpster.

These materials are not permitted in a 20-yard dumpster, or in either load of the 40-yard cleanup package, unless Green Monster Dumpster Rentals gives written approval.

Special items and extra charges

Items on the approval list, such as mattresses, tires, refrigerators and other Freon-containing appliances, and electronics, are accepted only when the disposal facility permits them. Additional charges may apply, and we will tell you before you load them.

Tell us what you are throwing away when you reserve, and we will confirm it is allowed.

Weight

Every rental includes a set weight, and going over it costs extra. Call or text for the current included weight and overweight rate. Heavy materials add up fast, which is why they are limited to the 10-yard size.
