Pricing and rental terms
Pricing, rental days, included weight and any fees for extra days, extra weight, cancellation or missed deliveries are confirmed with you when you reserve, before you commit. Special disposal items may carry additional charges.
The 40-yard cleanup package
The package is not one physical 40-yard container. It includes two separate 20-yard dumpster loads. We deliver the first 20-yard dumpster and swap it for an empty 20-yard dumpster after you fill the first one and request the exchange.
Delivery area
Included delivery covers qualifying addresses within 20 miles of ZIP code 85303. Addresses outside that area must call (602) 730-4470 for availability and pricing. Same-day or next-day delivery may be available and is not guaranteed.
Access
You must provide safe, legal, unobstructed access for delivery, exchange and pickup.
Materials
Some materials are accepted, some need approval first, and some are prohibited. See What Can Go in the Dumpster for the lists. Roofing shingles and heavy materials such as concrete, dirt, brick, rock, tile and asphalt need prior approval and are not permitted in a 20-yard dumpster unless Green Monster Dumpster Rentals provides written approval. Prohibited materials include any material prohibited by the disposal facility or applicable law.
